Today is Day 1 of the 8 Week Challenge. I can honestly say that I am feeling a bit apprehensive about the whole thing. Worried that it won’t work. Worried about the next couple of days as I detox from sugar. Eeeek!!! Worried that I will say fuck it and just give in to eating shit. I know a lot of this for me will be just about breaking bad habits and routines. Oh and adding in the dreaded exercise. Grrr!!!
